I respectfully require 48 hours’ notice for cancelled reservations. Reservations cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee. Reservations that are no-showed will incur a 100% cancellation fee and will require a $200 non-refundable retainer to reserve again. I respectfully require 36 hours’ notice for rescheduled reservations. Reservations requiring rescheduling with less than 36 hours’ notice may incur a 50% rescheduling fee. Guests that reschedule their reservation more than twice will forfeit their non-refundable retainer and will be required to reserve another appointment with a new retainer. In cases of traffic incidents, illness, or otherwise unforeseeable events, I may waive fees as I see fit. However I retain the right to charge a fee as according to these policies.
