Your Experience with Mythic Hair begins with our Initiation Session. We begin our Initiation Session with a thorough consultation, discussing your history, goals, and lifestyle. Your unique coloring is then expertly analyzed, and your color season is determined. A patch test is performed to test for potential sensitivities, and a strand test is performed to determine the overall health of your hair and realistic results for color.  Once completed, we will begin preparations for your Design Session. Your hair will be cleansed and chelated to remove impurities and metallic or mineral build up on the hair. This allows for a smoother and faster Design Session. Your chelation treatment will process approximately thirty minutes, your hair will be blow dried and styled, then your Design Session will be reserved.* A simple 30 minute consultation may also be reserved to meet your Artist Jes! and talk about options. No color analysis will be performed.

Established in 1982, they provide emergency shelter, safety planning, advocacy, information, and referrals to local resources to over 1,600 people each year.

Vivid colors are colors that occur outside the realm of naturally-occuring colors. Colors such as red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet,  rose gold, silver, and white can be considered vivid colors. These colors are produced using a special type of color that acts as a stain over pre-lightened hair. Your hair must be pre-lightened in order to achieve these colors, and not all hair can achieve these results.
